Shipping

Every print is made when you order it. Allow 1–2 business days for printing and quality checks before it ships, or 2–5 business days during sale periods.

On orders of 3 prints or more

Prints ship flat in a rigid mailer with a stiffener. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain and Italy. Any customs duties outside the US are the recipient's responsibility.

Damaged or wrong item

If a print arrives damaged, or the wrong item turns up, email us a photo and we'll reprint and reship straight away at no cost. There's no need to send the original back.

Because every print is made to order, we don't accept returns on prints that arrived as described. Have a look at the “Wall” view on any product page to check the size before you order.

Prints ship unframed. All three are standard sizes that fit off-the-shelf frames, so you can pick a moulding that suits the room rather than being stuck with ours. Every product page has a “Wall” view showing the print at true scale.

Your order

You'll get a receipt by email as soon as you order, and a tracking link when it ships. If the tracking email hasn't arrived within five business days, check your spam folder, then email us with the name the order was placed under.
